Amesbury Green Team is a group of residential members working to educate and engage the Amesbury community on the topic of climate change. We strive to actively reduce carbon emissions, waste and pollution for future Amesbury generations.Our first group event was hosting a secondhand art and craft supply pop up shop during our city's annual Open Studios. The booth was a success and we diverted 114 pounds of supplies from the landfill while raising $225 for our city's Cultural Council. Events such as these are well received and we are excited to continue with this momentum.
