The Director of Development & Philanthropic Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing the overall philanthropic engagement strategy for the Grassroots Fund. This includes working strategically with the Co-Directors and Development Committee to maintain existing funding partnerships, build new funding opportunities, and engage with philanthropic peers around supporting community-led projects and participatory grantmaking processes. This role is particularly rooted in relationship building, making meaningful connections across our sector with grassroots leaders, program participants, funding partners, donors and community members.

The Director of Development & Philanthropic Partnerships is a full-time position of 40 hours with a competitive benefits package and a compensation range of $75,000 to $82,147, depending on experience and education. A copy of our salary framework is available upon request.
