The Temporary Program Manager is an hourly, temporary (December 2026 to July 2027) position that coordinates and facilitates the Seed Grant Program review process and supports the Grow Grant Program staff review process during a time of increased capacity need (April - July). This role is primarily in support of established plans set forth by the Grant Program Managers to successfully serve applicants, grantees and program participants and to exemplify our Guiding Practices.

The Temporary Program Manager is a temporary, hourly position starting at 20 hours per week during onboarding for the months of Dec-Jan and moving up to 32-40 hours per week for Feb-July. This position includes a competitive (prorated) benefits package (including paid time off, funds for professional development, home office, wifi and phone support, office space rental support, vacation bonus, etc.) and a compensation range of $31.73/hr to $34.65/hr (depending on experience and education) 2026 salary with the potential for a COLA increase at the start of 2027.
