Q-MoB is a non-profit hub for diverse, intergenerational community building that empowers rural queer men​ & the broader LGBTQ+ community in Western Mass and the adjacent rural counties in VT, NY, & CT.  We empower them to come out of isolation, broaden and deepen their connections with their LGBTQ neighbors, have fun, find work/housing, support queer artists & creativity, and thereby develop their potential for wellness, resiliency, happiness, & service.  To do this we offer more than 30 regular social/networking, recreatiion/wellness, & arts/culture in-person activities every month across the 8 rural counties we serve to empower LGBTQ people to broaden & deepen their connections with their neighbors and discover their individual & collective dreams & challenges and how they can help one another with them.  We also are building the Western Mass Rainbow Pages, a comprehensive directory of LGBTQ+-owned & welcoming businesses, professionals, community organizations, & resources that can post events & classes on a regional calendar and the other information members of our community need to experience and develop the diverse, strong community we have built in Western Mass and that is sometimes invisible in a geographically large rural region.  We especially seek to build connections between the 2 oldest counties in MA (Berkshire & Franklin) & the 2 youngest (Hampshire & Hampden).
