Our purpose is to...  stop the predatory lending and Mass. foreclosure crisis through grassroots organizing, homeowner/tenant education, auction and eviction protest, legal and state and municipal policy strategies. Members committed to justice for those hurt first and worst (BIPOC, women, disabled), passed laws, won top court decisions, created legal materials, template motions, forms and trained homeowners’ in their use. This year, having identified numerous groundbreaking strategies to leverage weak points in this massive web of illegal activity and stopped 58 of 66 illegal physical evictions, we continue the fight needed to reverse what we now know has been 160 years of predatory racist lending
