For All Things Digital formed to bridge the critical digital divide facing underrepresented entrepreneurs, youth, and creatives in our community. While AI and emerging technologies are rapidly transforming the economy, traditional tech spaces continue to gatekeep knowledge, tools, and funding. Local small business owners without dedicated development teams and young creators are routinely left behind, creating deeper economic and digital inequities.Our overall goal is to democratize technology by putting digital creation tools directly into the hands of underrepresented community members. We believe that digital equity is a core component of a just living economy. Through hands-on, accessible experiences like our "Vibe Check Your Imagination" workshop-a-thon, we eliminate technical barriers by teaching "vibe coding"—using natural language and friendly AI tools like Lovable to turn ideas into functional digital products without prior coding experience.We do this work because true community empowerment requires technological sovereignty. When local founders and youth can build, own, and iterate their own digital solutions, they build long-term economic resilience, retain ownership of their intellectual property, and shape the digital landscape of their own neighborhoods on their own terms.
