Our Purpose

Urban Missionaries of Our Lady of Hope has served Families and individuals in Worcester County and beyond since 1979, providing direct, practical assistance to “the least, the last, and the left out.  Our work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves stability, safety, and hope—regardless of background, income, or circumstance.Immigration Services

 Pastoral Outreach (Emergency Support Services)
  • Supported over 50 clients experiencing emergency hardship 
  • Distributed approximately $37,000 in direct aid 
  • Covered burial‑related expenses for families unable to shoulder end‑of‑life costs 
 Food Pantry and Food Support
  • Supported 27,000 community members in 2025
  • Distributed over 26 tons of food through the pantry & food‑support programs
 Vocational Training Program
  • 18 individuals received direct vocational
  • Over 600 hours of training, mentoring, and workforce readiness instruction delivered
 Christmas Giving Program
  • 6,750 gifts distributed (5 per child) 
  • Hundreds of new winter coats were provided to families who requested them 
Little StoreThe Little Store serves as a vital community-centered space, providing gently used clothing, household goods, small appliances, and other essential items.
