Our purpose is to provide low-cost, custom insulating window inserts for homeowners and renters throughout central Maine.  Over the past three years, the Waterville/Vassalboro build has delivered nearly 800 inserts to residents throughout Kennebec, Somerset and Lincoln counties.  Of those, over half were considered "special rate" inserts where the client paid only what they can offord, which is often nothing. We wish to build on our momentum and expand both the reach and depth of our coverage.
