BrightMinds Corp’s overarching goal is to create an inclusive and sustainable community for young adults with disabilities who have aged out of traditional school-based services. We aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing environmentally conscious, skill-based day programs that prepare participants for meaningful, independent lives.Our work integrates environmental stewardship, vocational training, and wellness education. Participants engage in projects such as urban gardening, recycling, composting, and green business collaborations, activities that promote self-sufficiency while caring for the planet. By connecting employment readiness with sustainability practices, we empower participants to contribute to living economies that value both people and the environment.We formed this program because too many young adults with disabilities lose access to structure, inclusion, and opportunity once they turn 22. BrightMinds Corp believes that everyone, regardless of ability; deserves a chance to grow, work, and thrive within their community. Our ultimate goal is to create a replicable, inclusive model of adult day programming that fosters both environmental and economic sustainability.
