Glow in the Dark Lowell's big picture goal is to build a more inclusive, accessible, and connected community where neurodiverse individuals, people with disabilities, and their families have equitable opportunities to learn, participate, and thrive. We work to remove barriers to education, recreation, technology, and community engagement by creating programs that are welcoming, culturally responsive, and accessible to all.We believe that meaningful inclusion is achieved through collaboration. By partnering with schools, libraries, municipalities, nonprofits, and community organizations, we expand access to educational opportunities, adaptive recreation, family engagement, and leadership development. We also empower families by connecting them with resources, building supportive networks, and amplifying community voices.As we continue to grow, our goal is to strengthen our organizational capacity so we can sustainably expand our impact, foster new partnerships, and respond to emerging community needs. Through continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, we are building a stronger foundation for inclusive programming that promotes equity, belonging, and opportunity throughout Greater Lowell and beyond.
