Kids Re-Cycle is a initiative to provide kids free bicycles. We all remember that exciting feeling as a kid when we first got a bike. The joy and the journey of learning how to ride and biking to places. We collect donated used bikes, fix them, and give them to kids in the Lewiston community and Greater Portland. The symbol of the bike is universal in translating to freedom, happiness and health. We provide the bikes, stands, tools, and instructors for the youth clinic. It takes a few classes for the student to pass safety checks, and the bike ride test to earn their bike ensuring that they are confident and safe.
