CanUSA 360 Arts was born out of a collaboration between entities in Vermont’s upper Northeast Kingdom and Quebec’s Eastern Townships, in and around the southern end of Lake Memphremagog. The goal is to collectively market the arts, culture and creative opportunities in our cross-border micro-region in an effort to strengthen the creative economy in both countries. Our aim is to 1.) identify arts and culture events in our respective regions and 2.) in tandem market and advertise those offerings to each community. Our name, CanUSA 360 Arts, illustrates this regional approach to working across international boundary lines to benefit communities all along the eastern side of Lake Memphremagog. As neighboring communities that straddle the border, our co-existence is bound together by history, culture and economy. We thrive better togther and value the strength of our combined efforts and committment.
