Our purpose is to unionize the warehouse we work at: Amazon Delivery Station DMH9 in Revere, MA.  Amazon is an employer that famously underpays their workforce and forces them into unsafe working conditions.  Most of our coworkers live in poverty, some are homeless, while the company makes record profits.  Often our employer prays upon immigrant communities by giving them part-time seasonal positions and lays them off after the busy season without properly relaying this information to them in their native language. We want to organize our workforce so that we can advocate for better conditions, respect, and a livable wage in a democratic fashion.  Building up unions is essential to organizing and empowering the working class to improve society in ways that benefits all people.
