GOOD HELPER FOUNDATION
Our Purpose
The Good Helper Foundation’s overarching goal is to restore dignity and opportunity to vulnerable individuals, particularly immigrants and refugees in the United States facing crisis. We formed in response to the urgent needs of community members who lost legal status or work authorization and lacked the resources to recover. Our purpose is to provide immediate, practical assistance that helps people stabilize their lives and move toward self-sufficiency. This includes covering critical expenses such as work permit fees, legal documentation, and other essential supports that allow families to meet basic needs and rebuild stability. We do this work because we believe that barriers such as poverty or sudden policy changes should not determine someone’s future. By removing immediate obstacles, we enable people to work, provide for their families, and contribute positively to their communities. In short, our big picture goal is to serve as a bridge between crisis and opportunity—ensuring that vulnerable individuals are not left behind but given a fair chance to thrive.
