Mission Statement: “We are dedicated and committed to actively challenging racism and building cross-cultural understanding and friendship in the Norfolk and Bristol County area - and everywhere else we can reach!”We are involved in the political climate of the town by hosting events such as "Candidate Forums", joining school groups involved in equity work, working with the police on forming a community advisory committee, etc. We also host community discussion groups, large events with speakers, entertainment, and/or vendors. We have a presence in the community and prioritize equity and inclusion in our focus.We want to do this work because we want to develop leaders. We want to create space for voices that are not being currently represented in our town. We want to build community and create an environment of belonging.
