The Creative Reuse Center of Rhode Island receives donations of excess items from businesses and indivduals and provides them at very low cost to artists, educators and creators. We divert useful and reusable materials from the landfill and offer them for learning, discovery, and creativity. Our mission is to: Nurture young people’s self-discovery and self-actualization through creativity; Provide affordable materials for educators, artists, and community builders; Encourage preservation of the environment by reusing excess inventory from the business community. We aim to create a space that is explicitly anti-racist, safe and accessible.
