- Gloucester SaLT (Sea and Land Training) core staff represents the three primary branches of study:
- Organic farmer/farm
- One of the fishery's most experienced fishermen and trainers
- Marine Ecologist.
- Although both fisher and farmer have independently run programs and fledged successful apprentices, the first collaborative short course series begins in November, 2022. Guest educators will appear in the 6 month program.
- The group is currently working with The Gloucester High School Science Department on a plan for students’ voices to be front and center.

Gloucester SaLT (Sea and Land Together) has a MISSION to Create local food security, agility and robust interconnectivity by harnessing the wisdom of Gloucester's past, recognizing the reality of its present, and actively shaping a future that embraces land, sea & people as one interdependent system. 1. PREPARE : the next generation of Fishers & Farmers to have successful careers.
