Seacoast Students 4 Sustainability is a youth-led group advocating and fostering environmental progress within Seacoast communities. Our organization supports green initiatives and works to inspire legislation that protects and rejuvenates local ecosystems. Our organization is based in the Portsmouth/Dover/Durham area, but we have members hailing from all over the Seacoast area of New Hampshire, and soon parts of Maine. Our action initiatives have ranged from working with local officials to advocate for green legislation, to hosting climate rallies and eco-friendly events, to designing and implementing compost curricula in local schools. We plan to continue spreading climate awareness and making tangible changes in our local communities.
