Our aim at Emerging Leaders Konnections is to empower young African leaders by equipping them with the necessary tools to unlock their transformative potential. To achieve this goal, we have established a comprehensive training and mentoring program that focuses on networking and fostering impactful relationships. Through our program, participants will learn critical skills such as research, conflict resolution, the story of self, the story of us, and the story of now. We are the only organization in NH that caters to the specific needs of young African leaders. Our approach begins with a leadership training conference, which is followed by ongoing mentorship and active support to help launch a brighter future for our community.
