Our Purpose

The mission of the Monadnock Sno-Moles is to maintain and improve multi-use trails throughout a 5-town region.  The 50-year-old organization is 501(c)(4) exempt and made up of an estimated 200 volunteers.  We service approximately 100 miles of trails in Rindge, Swanzey, Fitzwilliam, Jaffrey, and New Ipswitch.  Our primary focus is snowmobile access, but we also maintain trails throughout all 4 seasons for the walking, hiking, biking, snow-shoe, equestrian, and dog-sled user populations.  We invest hundreds of volunteer work hours and thousands of dollars in regional trails to improve the quality and sustainability of the network.  We are especially sensitive to removing access barriers for mobility challenged individuals, and provide equity of access  for all ages and ability levels.
