Bethel Strong Community Garden was formed during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 to focus on building resiliency into our local food system.Our MissionTo increase community food security in Bethel, Vermont, by creating a space where our neighbors can learn the basics of growing food and contribute to an equitable food system for all.Our VisionWe envision developing a local food system that is resilient, where everyone in Bethel has access to enough healthy, delicious fruits and vegetables.Our Goals

• To ensure that all Bethel residents have access to food.
• To strengthen and support our sustainable local food system.
• To educate Bethel residents about growing their own food.
