We are a new group, formed in the summer of 2020 by two members of our Homeowners Association. Our overall goal is to restore a garden plot and grow our own organic food. It is a small association of 20 condo units. The land operated as a farm before it was sold to developers in 2008. The official documents of sale state that a garden exists on the property, an amenity for the future condo owners. We don't think it has ever been operational over the years given the eyesore it has become (tall weeds and trash), on an otherwise beautiful landscape.  Some of us moved here because of the potential of having a garden.
