Djiboutian American Community Empowerment Project (DACEP) has become a place that powerfully develops Djiboutian youth and adults in Maine. We will offer after-school academic mentoring and tutoring, summer day camps for the Youth both boys and girls. These programs will store the support of individuals, parents, foundations, schools and others who come together at DACEP, where each is mutually valued and built up. But there is much more for us to do.
