The mission statement of Adopt-A-Block is to consistently impact our community with hope and love, one block at a time, by giving our neighbors a continuum of care and meeting tangible needs, including food, clothing, teaching life skills, visiting the sick and lonely, and offering referrals to those in need of special services. Our goal is to effectively meet the varying needs of the individual, the family, and their community spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. At this time our main area of need is FOOD. Families are in desperate need for their children and for their elderly.
