The Peace & Justice Center of Eastern Maine strives for a better world of peace, human rights, economic justice, and sustainable environment. We link individuals and organizations to strengthen our mutual efforts. We engage in community education to understand the root causes of militarism and injustice in order to address them more effectively. We provide resources for progressive movement building by supporting and collaborating with emerging and existing groups.We act on issues not being addressed by other local organizations. We work to amplify diverse voices in our community.
