Racial Equity & Justice (REJ) is a black,brown, & indigenous founded and operated Nonprofit organization. Our solution based mission is to spread awareness on issues of racial justice and equity. We hope to help pave the way for other black,brown, and indigenous people to survive and thrive with increased equality and opportunities. Racial Equity & Justice offers intersectional racial equity organizing, interventions,  and training. Our vision is to provide dynamic & interactive racial equity & diversity trainings, resilience, networking, advocacy, public speaking, mediations, consultations, event planning, and collaborative policy reform. We hope our work towards social change will result in the greater communities of Maine having respect for the voices, existence, & cultures of people from diverse backgrounds. Our work promotes equal distribution of resources, community gardening and urban gardening,  black & brown leaders placed at the decision making table, and the dismantling of discrimination across Maine.
