Our purpose is to...launch the Pollinator Pathway Project in Stamford in order to link with Pollinator Pathway through CT and NY and to maintain the Project visibility in the community in order to encourage Stamford residents to join the Pathway and take the Pollinator Pathway Pledge. The larger goal of the Polinator Pathway is to establish a pollinator friendly habitat with food sources for pollinating insects and wildlife along a series of continuous corridors throughout Stamford. The Project will provide workshops, lectures and handouts to educate citizens on how they can manage their own home gardens, whether they be large properties, porch or deck plantings so as to create crucial corridors for wildlife.
