The overall mission of the Plastic Free Sharon (PFS) is to reduce our town’s plastic consumption, and thereby reduce the plastic waste that blights our communities, clogs our waste streams, chokes our wildlife, squanders our resources, and poisons our earth.    PFS is dedicated to making Sharon a leading plastic-free community. All of our activities are directed at reducing the use of single-use and routinely-discarded plastic items, and promoting the use of natural, non-plastic, washable and reusable items.
