All In Energy is a nonprofit organization formed to accelerate the transition to an inclusive clean energy economy. All In Energy does this in two ways. The first is to enable underserved residents (historically renters, low-to-moderate income households, people who speak languages other than English, and people of color) to save money on their utility bills by connecting them to government and utility energy incentive programs. The foundation of this strategy is to work in partnership with local, trusted organizations and leaders to execute co-branded outreach campaigns that reach residents where they are, such as at local businesses and events, and connect them to energy incentive programs.Secondly, All In Energy, starting by the first quarter of 2019, will also serve as a talent pipeline, enabling individuals from underrepresented groups to access career opportunities in the growing clean energy workforce. As we grow, we are dedicated to building a multiracial, multilingual team and to using our outreach campaigns as the foundation for our workforce development program.
