Our purpose is to stop large scale extraction of over 100 million gallons of water/ year from our aquifer by a large multinational corporation.  We are little "davids" fighting Goliath. We intend to educate the populace about the problems of having large scale extraction from a rural community like ours.  We then plan to help initiate  some kind of  speaker and information resource to help other communities which are being approached by large powerful companies with regards to large scale water extraction.  We want other communites to become educated about the problems which they may encounter.
