The purpose of the Claremont Middle School Greenhouse Project is to promote healthy living and sustainability among the student body while integrating cross disciplinary learning opportunities. Students will learn growing and harvesting techniques as they contribute to providing the school with healthy vegetables and herbs to be served during student lunches.
