The purpose of or group is to expand and maintain our community garden, All food grown from the garden is donated to the local food bank to feed our local families and senior citizens in need. Since the start of our Community Garden we have been able to supply 532lbs of fresh grown vegetables to the Glocester food bank. and fed over 100 families. Our hopes and goals are to expand or gardens to include Fruit trees and fruit palnts, to be able to donate various variety's of fresh locally grown food, and feed more families in need.
