St. Albans City School initiated a farm-to-school program in 2013 with the help of a grant from the Vermont Department of Agriculture.  Much has been accomplished since that point in time with more to come.  Ultimately, we want our children to understand where their food comes from and we want them to know that they have the power to grow it if they care to do so.
