Women & Spirit in Business began in the summer of 2010 with four women crafting a mission for creating and sustaining collaborative ventures in the Pioneer Valley (western MA). Phase one was to launch "world cafe" style gatherings to build community and ultimately we intended to create a replicable model for women-owned +/or feminine-principled collectives.
