to support the creation of vegetable gardens on dairy farm where migrant farm workers are employed but have little opportunity to leave. Gardens will make inexpensive, nuritious, and fresh food that is culturally familiar available these workers. We will cultivate starter plants in a greenhouse and donate them,, along with seed and planting information in Spanish, to participating dairy farm workers through ESL workers and area churches.
