to work with the Town of Topsham government and residents to raise awareness of and support energy use reduction and climate change action.

Summary of Projects

Cool Topsham received a grant in 2008 to complete a community energy audit for the Town of Topsham government, using ICLEI software and to carry out neighborhood meetings to reach out to community members on how to reduce energy consumption.
