to advocate for the care of the Town-owned ponds in Walpole by monitoring the water and environmental quality of the ponds and advising the Board of Selectmen on appropriate management actions with a goal to improve the water quality and overall condition of the ponds and to maintain them as valuable environmental, recreational, educational and aesthetic resources for the residents of Walpole.
