Promoting healthy habitats, clean water, protection of scenic qualities, responsible public use, protection from spills and runoff, thoughtful development policies and appropriate land use practices for the Deerfield River watershed in Massachusetts and Vermont. The Deerfield River Watershed Association is an all-volunteer non-profit that works to monitor and care for water quality, flora, fauna, trails, and more within the watershed. Implicit in all of our work is that the river should serve the residents of this region and not be exploited.
