Crystal Lake Conservancy received a grant in 2010 to purchase 12 water test kits of 24 needed for volunteers to test 4 points of the lake with its data to be incorporated in the watershed management plan, along with the data gathered through the community survey. Depending on the findings, CLC will conduct a public education program on pesticides and stormwater runoff.
