Our mission is to inspire the idea that every kid is gifted. Being founded in Waterbury, CT. The "Young N Gifted Foundation INC", strives to be a recognized and respected community partner. We plan to acheive our targeted agenda through extensive research and developmental programs. Our primary targeted student population is in the local urban youth demographic.The foundations' vision is to create programs for entrepreneurial development and creativity. Doing so,we strategize with statistics. Through research, programs, and planned events our agenda is monitored for effectiveness. Change of mindset,  commitment to individuality, and being success driven is the underlying factor that motivates our effectiveness.Through local grants and grassroot fundraising we are able to fund projects that generate a impactful impression that leads to success.
