WindowDressers is a project of the Rockingham Energy Committee, which was appointed to help the town implement its Energy Plan. We are working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build resilience to climate change impacts in ways that will benefit and support all residents of Rockingham fairly and equitably.WindowDressers has been our most successful program to date, both in terms of the number of residents reached, and their tangible benefits–increased comfort and reduced energy costs.
