Asylum and the violent displacement of people is an ongoing, though currently acute crisis, with many social, political, and environmental dimensions. Our project seeks local solutions to these big structural problems by opening up our communities to give those violently displaced from their homes a place to restart and in so doing to robustly participate in the renewal and vibrancy of our own communtities. More concretely, we offer a welcoming place to land and a network of broad-based accompaniment support, to help asylum-seekers operate from a place of increased safety and well-being while navigating their asylum processes.
