The Upper Valley Community Exchange is a time bank network located in the upper Connecticut river valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont. Time banking is a way of life in which skills are exchanged and resources are shared within the community. Through these interactions, we develop stronger community bonds and provide access to valued services.
