To build community in the Upper Valley for people suffering from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and/or any other trauma-based afflictions. We will begin doing this by incorporating things such as music therapy (drumming), art therapy, massage therapy and exercise/fitness programs. Any and all of these activities help in the process of healing from these maladies and their various symptomatic responses. I am especially interested in using the surrounding environment to help utilize the aforementioned vehicles of healing. I also would like to to build a small fitness center for these clients, fueled as much as possible by solar energy; also, gardening and greenhouse farming, again using some form of solar energy, would be ideal. First, I need an office space in which to work out of. We have a small amount of funds and a lot of big goals. The smallest one needs to be first, though! I have an estimated cost of around $4000 to renovate the space we have for an office.
