Our purpose is to...create outdoor theater opportunities for middle school students to help them mitigate the social and emotional stressors of their environment and developmental change. Using Shakespeare's original plays, an outdoor stage, and an acting-workshop approach, our productions build the confidence and teamwork skills that are necessary to put on a show, while the experience helps youth explore mental well-being, developmental transitions, and self-discovery.  Integral to this process, our youth actors engage in conversations about social and envirnmental justice issues relevant to our community and world as they explore original text.
