The Hilltown Chautauqua of Western Massachusetts is a new series of live programs on pressing issues of American life. Presented in different Hilltowns during the year, and involving speakers, panels, debates, interviews, and musical and dramatic performances, our programs are entertaining and thought-provoking. Our goals are to stimulate cultural and intellectual life in the Hilltowns, to spotlight talent (local, regional and national), to encourage economic development and civic pride, and to have fun doing it.
