The Rock Point Gardens Project is made up of community gardens, school gardens, a medicinal herb garden, a maple sugaring stand, a couple colonies of bees, and an independent permaculture project. Drawing on principles of sustainable food production, ecological design and environmental education, the Gardens Project aims to utilize the land at Rock Point to teach, innovate, and build community.
