TEA Time Association of CT is based in Hartford, CT and serves all of Connecticut. TEA Time stands for Transforming Each Other's Abandonment it's Time. We provide Resources and Support to individuals dealing with Abandonment and/ or the Foster Care System.The Foster Care System work hard to support for children that are neglected and abandoned by families and this is a “nationwide” problem! However, the social workers of the Department of Children and Families, are over worked and under paid for the work they do on a daily basis! TEA Time Association of CT is here to support the Department of Children and Families efforts. It takes a community to raise a child! It is long overdue that the residents of Greater Hartford Area, take a stand and begin to support the Foster Care System! TEA Time Association of CT will be a vehicle for this effort. We Provide:Advocacy, Support Group, Life Advisors, Warm Line, Community Workshops and Resources Fairs, Employment Training and Placement, and More.STATISTICS
