Mission: To prevent a polluting industry from locating in our town. We are currently trying to prevent an incineration industry (inefficient Bio mass) from locating within two miles from our town center of Winchester and two miles from the village center of Ashuelot. We want to keep our air clean of the particulate matter that would be produced by this burning plant.
