The South Boston Grows mission is to provide food and improved healthcare access and is collaborating with The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) to enhance the quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive home and community health services in the Southwestern Region of VT. We are seeking  emergency funding to meet the growing needs of the COVID19 outbreak as it grows exponentially in VT.
