Our purpose is to... give teens the oppurtunity to create a community that represents them. The group of teens ages raging from 14-18 will brainstorm and make tough decisions to ensure the events meet three requirements to gain positive results: positively impacts the socialization of teens, promotes strong inquisitive thinking and allows teens to advance their view of community through a creative perspective. The planning and executing process with the teens will be an opportunity for them to give back to the community, gain leadership abilities and receive community service hours to help their advancement in school. I plan to use the stipend to help promote events online and to ensure every event has the necessary materials to meet said requirements.
